This is an extremely exciting challenging role to work as a Head if IT for a large professional recognised organisation. The successful candidate MUST have previous experience in managing and recruiting Web Development teams. To qualify for this role you must have performed a similar role and have at least 8 years previous experience working in IT across many disciplines, and have a track record of successful project completion (working as either Technical Lead or Project Manager). You will be tasked with project managing the work of various teams within the organisation, leading, mentoring, supporting and developing Managers within the business, business analysis, technical documentation, technical, architectural and managerial decision-making, and budgetary management. Candidates who have any exposure to Progress 4GL, Prince 2 and who may be in possession of an MCSE, CCA or CCEA would be at a distinct advantage.
